Owners Donna Piro and Bill Troyanos
continue to honor the El Rancho tradition of excellence. Offering some of the best prime
rib, trout and creative Colorado American entrees anywhere. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the

Bill is an honors graduate of the prestigious
Culinary Institute of America and now heads up the kitchen as the executive chef.
The menus are changed seasonally
to offer you the best choices available. Many of our ingredients are delivered
fresh every day. We are now featuring our 'all day dining menus' to
accommodate everyone's budget. Daily specials are also offered in our dining room.
Our Tavern offers everything from cold beer to exotic drinks
along with snacks and beverages. Sit and enjoy an appetizer or full meal while
watching our large screen TV by a roaring fire or enjoy a game of pool with your
kids.
Each Sunday, we provide a delicious champagne brunch with many selections sure
